Onigiri (rice ball) making experience
Experience making and eating the Japanese soul food "onigiri (rice ball)" with carefully selected ingredients which are used by ""Onisuke"" as well, the onigiri specialty shop produced by Meiho Ski Report.Koshihikari "Hizumo no megumi" rice, grown with care in the Ozawa area, the hidden spot in Meiho, is used.Put standard ingredients such as picked plum and konbu seaweed, as well as local specialties such as Meiho ham and Keichan (local chicken cuisine), and enjoy
Approximately 47,000 living wares with history are exhibited in the former junior high school building. The building itself is a must-see.
In the headquarters factory of Meiho Ham, the ""Dream Ham"", you can watch the manufacturing process of hams. Great for souvenirs as well.
